- 7 rooms, 2 of them format master suite, which means that they have their own bathroom with bathtub as well as shower, fireplace, dressing room and terrace ; the other 5 are double size having 3 that have double beds and the remaining a pair of single beds, one of which, the one on the first floor, has its own independent b year.
- The main floor is orchestrated around a central patio with arches and columns in a corridor living room that revolves around the house, thus generating a living room with various environments with several sofas of different sizes facing a fireplace, right next to it is a TV room with as many comfortable triplex seats and individual sofas. Before completing the return to the property we came across a kind of dining room with a large banquet table with seating for at least 8 diners.
- The kitchen has a huge extension, in which in addition to all the necessary equipment in terms of appliances and a wide selection of kitchenware, there is another dining room, more modest in style but equally impressive in terms of size, other 8 seats. Those belonging to the suites have both a shower tray and a bathtub, the rest only a shower cabin.
- Outside, since there are 1,134 m² of farm, we find the most varied spaces, from a large parking lot, an Arab orchard, a bathing area with an infinity pool with a solarium equipped with loungers and a fixed shaded area.
