Ideal to share in family or with friends, this rural house in Felanitx is perfect for your holidays. It has all the modern comforts and a private pool, here you will not lack for anything to enjoy a unique experience!

With a maximum capacity of 12 people, this house has an interior area of ​​400 m divided into:

• 6 Bedrooms: three of them with 2 single beds and the rest with 1 large or king-size double bed, all of them equipped with sheets.

5 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and 2 of them have en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor there is only 1 bedroom with 1 private bathroom and privileged views at the top of the tower.

The rooms are spacious and some even have direct access to the outdoor plot. Its furniture is made of wood and it includes from dressers with mirrors to lockers for luggage, fully equipped.

We have nightstands next to the beds and plugs near, with a safe that you can use if you need it.

The bedrooms have enough space to accommodate armchairs and rocking chairs, as well as a plasma television in front of the rest area for your comfort.

We also include seats in the form of a sofa and a work desk at your disposal.

• 5 Full bathrooms, 3 en-suite, with shower and glass partitions in the toilet area. We provide you with the towels so you don't have to worry about a thing.

They are decorated with white and blue tiles, with large sinks and mirrors that have overhead lighting.

• 1 Kitchen: very well equipped with complete crockery and various electrical appliances such as the oven. There is high chair on request, as well as cot in the rooms.

The countertop is made of black marble and on it you can find different accessories from the kitchenware and a sink in front of a large window. From here the entire room is illuminated.

A point in favor is that it is suitable for coffee and tea lovers, with accessories as particular as a blender or juicer for breakfasts.

It also has its own dining room and connects with the living room.

• 1 Living room or lounge, presided over by a fireplace equipped with accessories to treat firewood. Next to it, there is a flat screen TV that you can enjoy.

In the center of the room you will see that there is a small wooden table, surrounded by 2 large beige sofas. Behind them is the access to the first floor by the spiral staircase and also details that include shelves of books or additional seats.

In the exterior , the house has a plot of 25,000 m2 divided into:

• 1 Outdoor swimming pool in its large garden, with lifeguards included. In this area you have hammocks for sunbathing and even a sofa for greater comfort.

• Large garden with picnic area and abundant vegetation where you can enjoy the cool of summer afternoons.

• Porches and terraces distributed around the façade. They have outdoor dining areas, as well as unique corners that include up to a ping pong table for you to have fun with your loved ones.

The house has a solarium and special places such as its tower, from where you will have beautiful views. Almost all of it is adapted for people with reduced mobility and for your safety, you have a first aid kit and fire extinguishers.

In addition, the house has a parking area for cars.

Located on the island of Mallorca, in the Balearic archipelago. This house is included within the natural environment of the Puig Tomir, where you can make different excursions to practice hiking in the mountain, with a multitude of routes at your disposal.

The house is also located within the surroundings of the Seaport of Mallorca, where you can travel to its beaches with crystal clear waters a few kilometers away:

• Cala Antena, sandy and between cliffs. Next to it are the virgin coves of Manacor.

• Platjas de Cala Domingos, urbanites and with a multitude of services. They are stretches of sand of different sizes, separated by Es Turó Gros, a rocky space.

In them you can practice different water sports such as snorkeling.

It is almost mandatory to visit the town Felanitx, a place steeped in history as it was the bastion of the Muslim reconquest. Now you can continue visiting its castle, as well as the Monastery of Sant Salvador.
