Only 5 minutes walk from the beach you can enjoy your vacation in this cozy house in Sa Coma. It belongs to the island of Mallorca in the Balearic archipelago, with all the comforts for a unique experience.

It has a maximum capacity for 6 people and its 175 m2 are divided into:

• 3 bedrooms, two of them with 2 individual beds and the remaining has 1 marriage bed. All have sheets and plugs close.

In the rooms you can keep your clothes in the cabinets wooden widths and you will have a good amount of natural light. When you decide to escape the sun, there are thick curtains that you can use.

You will also find percheros and entertainment with which you distract yourself, even a sofa ! Before leaving the door, do not forget to look at the mirror.

• 2 complete bathrooms with broad mirrors on the marble sink, and another hand for details. Both have small windows.

bathroom 1: with shower and beige tones that combine with wood furniture.

bathroom 2: has bathtub and its design is white and green.

• 1 cuisine modern with a inner dining room in the center. On the countertop the outer is distributed, with a toaster for the breakfast. Next to the fridge you have a chair.

Focused on all tastes, it has teapot and coffee maker, and between the appliances we have an oven.

• 1 room with several sofas fluffy in front of a flat screen TV, an ideal rest area. Behind them a table with chairs that you can share with your companions. This space has access to different rooms of accommodation.

In the exterior of the plot, which has 730 m2:

• porch/terrace chaired by a dining room fully elongated furnished and ready to share with your companions. Beside him, a chill out space to relax with a view to the glass of water.

• 1 outdoor pool with exterior shower to improve comfort. It has hammocks to sunbathe, although the area also has umbrellas.

• a garden of grass that surrounds the house.

Bathed by the Mar Mediterranean is the archipelago of the Balearic Islands. The greatest of all, Mallorca, is where our cozy house is located.

It is surrounded by a natural environment that combines the mountain and beaches that they have to envy to the Caribbean.

• Sa Coma Beach, has the recognition of Blue Flag and is next to the natural space of the N’amer Punta.

• Cala Millor, of transparent waters and fine sand. You can walk by the Maritime Paseo.
