Our accommodation is located within the Pollensa area, which is a charming destination that is part of the island of Mallorca, ideal for resting.

Regarding capacity, it is an accommodation designed for a maximum of 6 people who will be able to enjoy the stays that we detail below:
- 2 rooms, each one on one floor and equipped in such a way that in both we have a set of armchairs in which to sit and rest to watch the plasma television. One of them also has a wood-burning fireplace in the corner.
- A dining room adjoining the main living room, which has a large dining table that has its set of chairs so you can eat with your loved ones in peace. There is a second table, slightly smaller and located next to the stairs .
- A complete kitchen, in which we have a large L-shaped countertop in which you will find all the elements of the kitchenware and also the electrical appliances with which you will be able to cook as if you were on your own home.
- 3 spacious double bedrooms, distributed in such a way that 2 of them are located in the main house, with a double bed and 2 single beds respectively, and the third space is located in an annex to the house S2XX X, which features 2 heights, a large double bed in front of which we have a kitchen-dining room and its private bathroom.
- In total, in the villa we have 3 complete bathrooms and a functional toilet in which the showers and bathtubs are distributed, as well as several sets of towels.

- An impressive summer kitchen, modern and with a bar and even beer tap that is located next to the barbecue area, with table and chairs.
- Large landscaped spaces where you will find terraces with furniture.
- An impressive pool that has a solarium area with several hammocks so you can sunbathe.
