Villa Son Floriana

Our accommodation is located within the Son Servera area, which is a charming destination where you will be able to enjoy the island of Mallorca.

It is a quiet space, on a plot of 2,000 square meters where you will be able to enjoy your day to day with all the comforts.

We have capacity inside this house of 360 square meters, for a maximum of 8 people who will be able to enjoy these spaces spread over several floors:

• A spacious dining room in which we have on one side, the dining table with its set of chairs, while on the other, we have a set of armchairs that are oriented towards the front in which we have a fireplace firewood, and the plasma television. Through this space you can access the outside. X

• The kitchen communicates with the seating area, and has a U-shaped worktop where you will find all the appliances and kitchenware necessary so you can cook as you would at home.

• An additional living room, with armchairs and a piano , and another room on the upper floor with table and library, plus access to outdoor areas with terrace.

• 4 spacious double bedrooms, equipped with a couple of single beds in each case that have been dressed and decorated in a different way, with all kinds of functional furniture. X

• 2 complete bathrooms, where you will find all kinds of toilets and various sets of s towels for your stay.

• A gym where we have indoor cycling bikes and weights among other elements.

Already in the outer , we have:

• A large porch equipped with a table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. X

• A spacious landscaped space in which we have a huge swimming pool in which to enjoy a swim, surrounded by hammocks.
