This rural accommodation is located in the urban area of the peaceful little town of Aldeanueva de La Vera, in the heart of the province of Cáceres.

It is the apartment with the greatest capacity since in its more than 120 square meters of surface a maximum of 8 people can be comfortably accommodated.

Like the other 3, it has air conditioning and radiators in the bedrooms, plasma TV, and free internet connection via wifi.

Its distribution is as follows:
 

• A spacious living room in which the client will find a seating area with 3 armchairs and 2 sofas (2 and 3 seats) and a window window with views towards the valley, the hills of Cerro Pino and other towns in Vera Baja. Next, a dining room with a table and chairs with capacity for 8 people; and another space that can be converted into a bedroom as it has a compact piece of furniture with 2 removable 90 cm beds that can be isolated with curtains from the rest of the living room.

• 3 bedrooms, equipped 2 of them with a pair ofbeds of 90 and 105 respectively, and the third with a double bed of 135.

• An independent kitchen with the appliances usual in any home, and crockery and kitchenware for the customer spaces it hosts.

• 2 bathrooms with shower and with everything necessary to satisfy the needs of those staying.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building that was completely restored in 2006 and in which the original structure was preserved with its wooden floors on each floor.
The house is located in the upper part of the town, almost next to the parish church, and very close to the natural pool in the San Gregorio gorge, which can be reached in a 5-minute walk.

The town is part of the Comarca de La Vera, it is located in the center of it, well known for the spectacular nature of its vegetation and the amount of water (with 47 gorges), which is very surprising for people accustomed to the image of an Extremadura dehesa.

It is made up of towns of which 5 have the category of Tourist Interest, and extends between the southwestern slope of the Sierra de Gredos and its foothills, and the Tiétar valley. This location provides it with a microclimate in which the vegetation and water make up a spectacle.
