This cozy rural apartment is located in the town of Aldeanueva de la Vera, in the province of Cáceres. It is completely renovated, like the entire building that was built in the last years of the 19th century.

With capacity for 4 people, and adapted for people with reduced mobility. To stay, they have a bedroom with a 135cm double bed and a living room that can be converted into a room with 2 beds larger than 80 cm in the shape of a corner. Throughout the apartment you can see the original wooden flooring of the house. It has air conditioning and free internet access.

• Living room with armchairs and the convertible corner that can be separated by curtains from the rest of the space. This living room/living room opens onto a small terrace with magnificent views. It has plasma television.

• Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware to meet the needs of those staying.

• Matrimonial room in cream color, with window that brings in all the light from the outside and decorative painting.

• Bathroom equipped with bath and hand towels, as well as a hairdryer and basic hygiene items.

• Terrace with good views of the town and its mountain.

Aldeanueva de la Vera is located in the heart of the La Vera region, which extends between the foothills of the Sierra de Gredos, specifically at the foot of the Sierra de Tormantos, and theTiétar valley. This location provides it with a mild climate with abundance of water and vegetation that surprises visitors who arrive with the typical image of an Extremadura exclusively of pastures. Five towns in the region are considered of Regional Tourist Interest for having preserved the traditional architectural structure, and enhanced the beauty of its corners, the typical gastronomy of the area and its festivals.

From the same house in which the apartment is located, you can take routes both towards the mountains and through flat areas, and contemplate the beauty of the landscapes that vary according to the seasons. The house and each of its apartments enjoy great light due to the orientation of the building, which remains sunny until sunset.

The municipality is the first producer of tobacco leaves, and the production of "pimentón de la Vera" with designation of origin is well known and appreciated.

The virtues of its microclimate turn the entire region into an garden of agricultural production of almost any variety, highlighting the fig trees, olive trees and cherry trees. The beauty of the latter when they are in flower (between the last fortnight of March and the first half of April, depending on the weather) offer a blank spectacle of the landscape, especially in the Jerte Valley, on the other side of the Tormantos mountain range.
