Apartment with capacity for 4 people on the ground floor of the house in Aldeanueva de la Vera.

It is a building from the late 19th century completely rehabilitated in 2006 for its current dedication, which is rural tourism and always respecting both the exterior parameters and the original wooden floors.

The decoration, carried out by the owners, has been very careful to ensure that clients feel comfortable as if they were in their own home.

It is adapted for people with reduced mobility. It has air conditioning and a radiator in the bedroom, and free internet connection via wifi. 

It has:
 

• Living room with a seating area with three armchairs, plasma TV and a corner with two 80 cm beds that can be converted into a bedroom that is separated by curtains from the rest of the space. It opens onto a terrace with an awning that, due to its south orientation, is completely sunny all year round. 

• American kitchen open to the living room with all kinds of appliances and kitchenware to satisfy the needs of four people. 

• Bedroom with 2 beds of 105. The 4 sleeping places are completed by the corner in the living room with 2 more beds of 80.

• Toilet with shower equipped with hairdryer, gel-shampoo sachets, soap dispenser, toilet paper and bath and hand towels for each and every one of the guests.

House La Lancha is located in the upper part of the town of Aldeanueva de La Vera, completely sunny and from its rooms you can see spectacular views of the lower part of the town, the valley, the hills of Cerro Pino and other towns in the region.

Aldeanueva is located between Jarandilla de la Vera and Cuacos de Yuste, within which is located the Royal Monastery of Yuste, the last resting place of Emperor Charles V. These two towns, along with Pasarón de La Vera, Villanueva and Valverde, are considered of Regional Tourist Interest due to the conservation of their traditional architecture, monuments, its landscapes, festivals and gastronomy.

The entire La Vera region enjoys a mild microclimate in which the vegetation and water make up a spectacle of seasonal landscapes that surprise visitors accustomed to the image of Extremadura as a pasture. Its 47 gorges with natural pools and ponds make it possible to enjoy bathing in the summer.  

Parties such as La Viva Vivaand Los Escobazos on the night of December 7 to 8 in Aldeanueva and Jarandilla respectively; the flowering of cherry trees in the entire region, but especially in the Jerte Valley, as an example; Its landscapes, its gastronomy and its customs make visitors fall in love with it.

Aldeanueva, which is located in the heart of the Region, is less than an hour by car from places such as Plasencia, the Monfragüe Park, the Ambroz Valley: an hour and a half from Trujillo, Guadalupe and Cáceres; and about two hours from Madrid, Salamanca or Avila.
