This rural house is located inside a farm and this, in turn, belongs toLleidaand, specifically, to the town ofLladurs.
The house was built in 1854, but has been recently restored, maintaining its stone walls both outside and inside and wood as decoration inside.
The accommodation has a maximum capacity for 4 people and is divided into 2 floors.
On the first floor you will find:
- Thekitchen-dining room that are joined thanks to a American bar. You have at your disposal in the kitchen different appliances such as dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave or stove and also a wide variety of utensils for cooking and being able to eat quietly. The dining area, for its part, includes a large wooden table with chairs, very close to the breakfast bar.
- The living room has a television, sofas, heating and large windows, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the entire property that surrounds the house. All this and, above all, when the cold appears, you will be accompanied by the heat given off by the fireplace.
- A complete bathroom.
On the second floor the 2 double bedrooms are distributed: one with a pair of single beds and the other with a double bed and bathroom. The rooms are equipped with towels and bed linen. We give you the possibility of addingan extra bed with prior reservation.
Outside there is the pool shared with the other accommodation, with sun loungers, located in the middle of nature and a private porch with garden furniture. Great to enjoy the good weather and what you prepare on the barbecue that we provide.
