El Cap del Pla de la Salada

This home is located on a large estate in Lladurs with an area of 800 hectares, full of nature. We are in the province of Lleida.

The rural house was built in the year 1763, however, we have carried out renovations to completely restore it and adapt it to current conditions. Although we wanted to leave some old elements that were used so that it does not lose its originality and essence.

The accommodation has a capacity for 4 people and has 2 double rooms:

• A bedroom with a double bed.
• The other bedroom has a pair of beds for one person each.
• There is possibility of adding an extra bed with prior reservation.

The rooms are equipped with everything essential: towels, bedding, heating, decorative furniture and exterior views.

You have a complete bathroom in the house.

The living room and the kitchen are located in the same space.

The kitchen has the necessary appliances and the stove, in addition to including kitchenware so that nothing is missing at any time.

The living room, for its part, has a rustic feel and creates a very cozy atmosphere thanks to the fireplace. It has 4 armchairs, a television, wooden furniture and heating. The walls are made of stone.

Right at the entrance of the rural house you will find a private interior patio with the barbecue under the porch equipped with garden furniture.

If you want to take advantage of your stay to travel around Lleida and enjoy the tourism there is, we suggest some places you can go:

• You can do urban tourism in different towns. We highlight Solsona and its magnificent cathedral. This was built around the 12th century and is preserved in perfect condition. In addition, you can also visit the Episcopal Palace, without leaving the town, as it is located in an interior square and the Museum.
• You can do alpine skiing on the slopes of Port del Comte 20 minutes away or Nordic skiing in Tuixent 45 minutes away.
• In summer, in addition to the pool, you can bathe in the crystal-clear waters of the Ribera Salada, 9 km away.
• On the same farm look for mushrooms in autumn, go hiking, bicycle trips, watch the stars and birds.
