Savina II

In what were the old corrals of the farmhouse, Savina I and Savina II have been established, two recently renovated houses located in Canalda, a town in the north of the province of LLeida. 

The Savina II is a 2-story house, it has a capacity for a total of 4 people maximum.

In addition, it has the following characteristics:

• Bedrooms: The house has 2 rooms spread over its 2 floors. On the ground floor, we can find a double room with 2 single beds joined together, while on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. All the rooms are spacious and very bright, as they consist of large windows with beautiful views of the mountains and through which beautiful natural light penetrates and bathes the entire room. The roomshave the basic furniture of a bedroom. 

• Living room: It is located on the ground floor and it is a beautiful rustic-style living room that also includes a furnished dining room. It is made up of comfortable armchairs, television, wooden furniture, plasma television and stone fireplace, all decorated with a careful rustic style that integrates certain typical elements in the rooms. mountain accommodations such as robust walls of exposed stone or ceilings crossed by wooden beams. 

• Kitchen: It is located next to our living room and is a fully furnished kitchen and equipped with basic appliances. In addition, it has acomplete household items so that you don't miss anything when preparing delicious dishes without having to leave home. 

• Bathroom: The house has 2 bathrooms. One on the ground floor and another on the first floor and belongs to one of the bedrooms. Both have all the basic toilets, a shower with a screen and toiletries. 

• Exterior: Outside the house you can enjoy all the comforts and services that our complex is made up of, from large garden areas to walk through, to a heated pool, barbecue or parking.
