Description of Doña María I
In the village of Mogón, belonging to the municipality of Villacarrillo, in Jaén, our house is surrounded by tranquility. At this point the Guadalquivir and Aguascebas rivers converge, making it the perfect environment to enjoy a few days of well-deserved rest.
The house, newly built that has capacity for 12 people and 4 bedrooms, is structured in 2 floors as follows:

- A spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and several sofas from which to enjoy the heat it gives off. Also a large table for meal time and flat screen television. This room has a large exterior window and also an exit to the wonderful private patio.
- The patio has a large round table with plenty of chairs to enjoy a good barbecue under the stars.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, kitchenware and plenty of space.
- 2 double rooms, exterior and with lots of light, are perfect for relaxing as a couple. They have all the rustic-style furniture that you may need to be comfortable. One of them also has a small private balcony.
- The 2 quadruple bedrooms are great for children. One of them has the 4 bunk beds that the little ones will love.
- The house has 2 full bathrooms, both with a bathtub with a screen.
- We have heating and air conditioning.
