Casa rural Rompecalzas

The rural house is located in the municipality of Villanueva del Arzobispo in the Jaén region of Las Villas.

Created in 2011, this old farmhouse has been built with original elements such as stone and wood. Of the facade it emphasizes its porch of entrance. The fences that delimit the house are logs of wood according to the decoration of some windows whose perimeter has been covered with stone.

This accommodation has a capacity of 24 person s distributed in a total of 8 rooms.

It has a spacious living room with fireplace de firewood with cobbled walls and beam view. It has two large wooden tables for the meeting of all our tenants. The firewood to be able to light the fireplace is included.

The kitchen is of American style covered in stone with exposed wooden beams and is fully equipped and equipped with two refrigerators for the large number of people that is able to accommodate our rural accommodation.

The bedrooms are distributed as follows:

• 2 triple rooms. These have 2 single beds, which can be joined or separated according to your preferences, and a divan that acts as a single bed.

• 2 double rooms. Each of these bedrooms has 2 beds, whose measures are 1.05 meters.

• 4 double rooms. In this case they are furnished with double beds.

We also have 4 extra beds, reaching the maximum capacity of the accommodation.

The rooms are decorated with mud tiles and with large windows so that the light is a main protagonist. They have built-in wardrobe and 4 bathrooms fully equipped and adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Outside has a large patio fully equipped with garden furniture. It has pool and barbecue where you can enjoy the whole family. The terrace with views to all the surroundings of the area is also a privileged area to enjoy the tranquility that the landscape offers. The firewood needed for the barbecue is also included.

The rural house belongs to the Natural Park of Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas with the River Guadalquivir as a companion.

The town of Villanueva del Arzobispo has a large historical-artistic ensemble highlighting the Parish Church of San Andrés built on the ancient remains of a Mudejar temple.

On the other hand the Convent of Santa Ana is of baroque style but its cloister is Renaissance style dating from the sixteenth century.
