Its site is located in the Guadalquivir Valley, a few 100 meters from the river itself, the house was a old hydroelectric plant, that I work more than 50 years giving electricity service to adjacent towns.

It is a rural house with capacity for 12 people, that is part of a 6 -hectare estate, along which you will find a private pool surrounded trees that provide abundant shadows for when you get tired of the sun.

A wood barbecue zone with banks and stone tables with site for all will be the perfect place for group meetings and there are also many corners that you will have to discover while you walk through the farm that will not leave you indifferent.

Once inside the house you will see that it has everything necessary to rest and spend a few unique and unforgettable days.

• 5 double bedrooms with capacity for 11 people. These rooms have maximum quality mattresses. All rooms have window to the street and the necessary bedding depending on the season of the year you come.

• 3 bathrooms complete in which you will find all the towels you will need.

• dining room divided into several rooms. One of them around the chimney of wood, another with a stretcher table and a third with a wide dining table. A corner for every moment and necessity.

• independent cuisine fully equipped both in appliances and in Mentaje so you can prepare your favorite meals. Anyway, if you do not feel like cooking, we have a kitchen service with the best dishes in the area.
