Description of Casa Rural Alkaras
Our rural house is located in Pontones, a few kilometers from Jaén. The house has been recently restored preserving its architectural elements so as not to lose all its originality. Proof of them are the walls that still preserve the stone of their origin.
The accommodation has a maximum capacity for 6 people and consists of 2 floors where the ground floor and the attic are located.
In the attic is located l to the main room with a large double bed and a library area furnished so that you can enjoy a moment of total tranquility reading your favorite books. In addition, it is equipped with a stereo and DVD system and several individual armchairs.
The ground floor is an open space where the kitchen is , is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, and the living-dining room equipped with: armchairs, stove, television, sofa, etc. From this floor you can access the upper floor through wooden stairs and at the same time to the exterior part of the house. The latter has garden furniture and plants of all colors, which decorate the patio with stone walls.
The house has translucent windows that will allow you to enjoy the exterior landscapes.
From the garden or from the living room you can access the other part of the house, the old part where you are the other 2 double bedrooms and a complete bathroom.
