El Sauce y El Arce

This rural house that we show here is located within the Los Enebros complex, located in the Albacete town of Nerpio, in the community of Castilla La Mancha, having a small population and a spectacular environment that offer a unique experience to guests.

The houses are separated from each other, being surrounded by thick vegetation, without falling into neglect, making it seem that we are isolated from everything in the middle of nature.

The façade already has its own beauty due to its white limestone, complemented by the rock that stands out in certain details such as door and window lintels. This same stone is maintained on the walls inside the house, accompanied by the wood of the ceilings and furniture, which provide a rustic touch to the house, mixing with the comfort of modernity.

The rooms are distributed inside, having a maximum capacity for 6 people, in this way:

A living room in which the sofas, armchairs and the table with chairs surround the plasma television, which hangs on the wall, and the large stone fireplace.

Akitchen, fully equipped with the appliances and utensils that we might be missing, which is separated from the living room by a American bar made from the original materials of the rest of the house.

3 bedrooms, of which one is a double room and the other 2 are doubles with single beds, being decorated with the same austere touch as the rest of the house.

Outside, and without taking into account the blurred line between the garden and wild nature, we find a barbecue area where we can make our own meal, or on the contrary, we have the opportunity to go to the restaurant located within the same complex, where we will be served the most typical and exquisite dishes, which we can enjoy inside or on its magnificent terrace with views. We also have as accessories, some goals where we can play soccer and an area with swings.

This rural house is located in the La Mancha town of Nerpio, belonging to the municipality of Albacete, with an estimated population of 1,300 inhabitants, which gives us the peace and tranquility that we seek, despite its movement in streets and squares, full of magical corners such as the Arco Street or the Parish of La Purísima.

The Sierra del Segura, for nature lovers, as well as the Sierra de las Cabras have incomparable beauty, allowing us to do outdoor sports and enjoy the views. We also have the Taibilla River, where we can cool off on the hottest days of the year.

For more cultural tourism, we can visit the ruins of the Taibilla Castle or the Vizcable Watchtower, dating back to great antiquity and great beauty, both for their own beauty and for that of the environment that surrounds them.  We should not miss the opportunity to visit Solana de las Cavachas, a set of caves with prehistoric rock art in the Levantine style.
