Casa la Encina

The rural house is located in Valdefuentes, specifically in the region ofTierra de Montánchez, Cáceres.

It has a maximum capacity of 18 people distributed as follows:

• 3 double bedrooms with a double bed or 2 single beds. All rooms have a stone wall where the headboard of the bed is, a perfect closet to store what you need, television and a full bathroom each of them.
• The living room has 2 large sofas. This space is accompanied by a coffee table, flat screen television and music equipment. In addition, it has a fireplace perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation in the heat of the fire with firewood for the first load, the rest at an additional cost. It also has a large wooden dining table with chairs for all diners.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary in terms of appliances and household items, distributed in the different cabinets.

Outside you can enjoy a large landscaped garden with a porch equipped with garden furniture such as tables, sun loungers and chairs, and then a independent laundry area. You will also have a barbecue ideal to enjoy the climate of the area.

The complex is also made up of another house with the same characteristics but with a capacity for 10 people, called "El Berrocal".

It is perfect for large groups since you will have the possibility of renting the houses together since the outdoor areas are to be shared.

The house is located in the municipality ofValdefuentes, belonging to the Extremaduran province of Cáceres.

This municipality has an endless number of interesting places to visit such as the Palace of the Sande, the Rollo located in the main square of the town, the Convent of San Agustín with a baroque façade or thechurch of Nuestra Señora la Virgen de Bienvenida with large proportions.

Another thing to highlight in this region is its delicious dishes such as the torta del Casar, which is a cheese made with sheep's milk and one of the most famous in Extremadura; the shepherd's gazpachos, always accompanied by meat such as chicken or hare and mushrooms.

And you can't leave Valdefuentes without taking home its wonderful paprika, a red condiment made from red peppers that will make your dishes delicious.
