Alquería de Hurdes. Casa 2

Our accommodation is located on the outskirts of the small town of Horcajo, belonging to the province of Cáceres. Of easy access by car and with parking lots in the area, the house allows to house a total of 7 people.
 
The house maintains its original structure of stone and wood but incorporates a series of new elements that allow guests to maximum comfort.

In the first place we find the cuisine, an elongated and equipped space with all types of electrod omestic, ranging from the large capacity refrigerator to the coffee maker or the microwave with grill option. By dispensing with partitions this open space communicates with the dining room, which has a wooden table for several diners and the being room of being.

Chaired by the chimney, is a warm and cozy place to enjoy on cold winter days. Its breadth allowed us to equip it with comfortable sofas of which one becomes 2-seater sofa.

Host 2 double bedrooms, both with 2 individual beds and with the possibility of adding a supplementary bed. Its wooden roofs and the different shades of the walls that combine perfectly with bedding are characteristic. 

The outer zone is reserved for the patio. An outdoor cobbled space in which to sunbathe and disruption of an outdoor evening. All this is next to a wood oven in which to prepare delicious roasted with the views of the background valley.

Its location, on the outskirts of the town, provides a more calm climate and greater ease to access the places of interest in the area. In addition to being in the highest part, the views of the Horcajo River Valley are spectacular.

The region of Las Hurdes has many corners to visit if they decide to go to the farmhouse. Different natural pools are distributed by Horcajo and the region. They have recreational areas and different services that will make it possible to spend an entertaining day. 

Water is the protagonist of the landscape. From the waterfalls the splash of ovejuela or the mendro del melero you will contemplate some of the most beautiful places in the area without forgetting the route of the depopulated the morality.
