Casa Croscat

This rural house is located in the Catalan area, specifically in a Girona municipality of Santa Pau. The structure of the house has been standing since the 18th century, but currently it is completely renovatedin its interior, thus being equipped for daily life.

It has capacity for a maximum of 8 people, with a minimum of 4 to be able to rent it. You can come with your pets, because in this house we will be delighted to receive them. The distribution of the house is as follows:

There are4 double bedrooms. Of those 4, there are 2 of each type: double and with single beds together. In addition, it is possible that we can provide you with an extra bed and a crib for babies. In addition, 2 of these rooms have the advantage of having their own bathroom, while the other 2 must share a bathroom.

In the services you will find, in addition to the usual toilets, a hair dryer and body, foot and hand towels.

The living room and dining room share the same room, from which you can access the outside. The living room is made up of several sofas and armchairs, in the center of which there is a glass coffee table. In the dining area there is also a table with chairs, a wood stove. Television and DVD are part of the equipment in this living room.

The kitchen is independent. In it you will have a washing machine, dishwasher or toaster, among other appliances. On each side there are several cabinets with doors in which the kitchenware and rest of the battery are stored. Thekitchen is gas.

Outside there is a porch and a barbecue. Garden furniture, such as chairs and tables, are the decoration that you will find here. 

The house has an internet connection through Wi-Fi network.

Santa Pau is a municipality considered mountainous due to its central location in the heart of the Garrotxa. The origin of the town dates back to the Middle Ages, which is why part of its heritage, such as the castle or the porticoes, has been preserved since this time.

Outside our limits we recommend you go visit:

• La Garrotxa Volcanic Zone. You can walk through the calderas of one of the few volcanoes found in the peninsular area. In total there are 21.

• Jordá beech forest. A huge park full of trees of different sizes and through which you can take routes.

• Olot. It is a neighboring municipality famous for its cuisine, which has been called "volcanic".  Since the Middle Ages, different monuments have been built that are preserved today.
