Our house is located at Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, a town very close to Barcelona ideal to enjoy a few days of rest in family and take advantage of to know some places of tourist or cultural interest. It is a very quiet area but it has a wide range of leisure, catering and transport services, so it is a very advisable environment for a complete getaway.

- Large kitchen fully furnished and equipped with all kinds of appliances that you may need to prepare your best dishes. Accounts with gas cookers, refrigerator, oven and microwave, plus a XX1 dishwasher to make your life even more comfortable. It is a very bright room where you will feel at home.
- Large dining room with a table of 4 meters long to eat as a family and enjoy pleasant after-parties.
- Living room with very comfortable sofas where you can sit and watch the XX
- 2 double rooms with double bed, 2 bedside tables and a large dressing. One of the rooms has a bathroom for private use.
- 2 bedroom duplex with a double bed on the lower floor and 2 single beds on the top floor. All the rooms are equipped with television so you do not miss even one of your favorite programs.
- Full bathroom with shower or bathtub for shared use.
- Games room with pool table and foosball table for fun of all the guests.
- Garden of 2000 m2 with an area intended for relaxation with chairs and armchairs. You will also find a c outdoor kitchen with barbecue, the perfect place for summer evenings.
- Sports tracks with basket of basketball and soccer goal.
- Children's playground with swings for children to have fun for hours.
- Large pool to cool off in the hottest summer emses.

Our house is located in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, a town located only 36 km from Barcelona and which is characterized by being bounded on the east by the sea and west by a natural park. It is a very quiet area where you can spend a few days disconnected from the stress of the routine but, at the same time, it is very well connected with one of the most important cities in Spain: Barcelona.

- La Garriga, a town whose buildings are inspired by the Noucentista architecture and where you can visit the ancient Roman ruins or some of its spas. A luxury at your fingertips.
- Sant Miquel del Fai, church built in a cave and noted for its Romanesque-style portal. Its origin is unknown, but it is known to predate the 11th century.
- The beaches of Maresme, a few kilometers away you can take a bath in some of the best beaches in the area and also know some places as tourist as Calella, Santa Susana or Pineda de Mar.
