Our house is located in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, a town very close to Barcelona ideal to enjoy a few days of family rest and take the opportunity to know some places of tourist or cultural interest. It is a very quiet area but that has a varied offer of leisure, restoration and transport services, so it is a very advisable environment for the most complete getaway.

If you want to do any celebration or travel with your group of friends and you are under 30 years of age, consult with the owner.

The house, with capacity for a maximum of 16 people, is rented in full and consists of:

• wide fully furnished and equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances that you can need to prepare your best dishes. Accounts with gas stoves, 2 refrigerators, a freezer, oven and microwave chest, in addition to a dishwasher to make your life even more comfortable. It is a very bright room in which you will feel at home.

• great dining room with a 4 -meter -long table to eat with family and enjoy pleasant intermences.

• living room with very comfortable sofas in which you can sit down to watch the television while enjoying the heat of the wood chimney.

• 2 double bedrooms with marriage bed, 2 night tables and a wide dressing room. One of the rooms has a private use bath.

• 2 duplex type bedrooms with a marriage bed on the lower floor and 2 individual beds on the upper floor. All rooms are equipped with television so you don't miss one of your favorite programs.

• A thematic bedroom with Egyptian details and equipped with 2 literas.

• 3 complete bathrooms with shower shared use, and 2 additional toilets.

• playground with pool and soccer table for fun of all guests.

• Garden of 2000 m2 with an area destined for relaxation with sun loungers and armchairs. You will also find an exterior cueina with barbecue, the perfect place for summer nights.

• sports zones with paddle paddle, pingpong table exterior, basketball basket.

• children's zone with swings so that children have fun for hours. 

• large pool to refresh you in the hottest Emses in summer. 

The whole house is heated with heating and air conditioning in the rooms so that there is always a perfect temperature inside.

The rental price includes bedding and towels.

Animals are Bienevenidos prior acceptance of the owner.

Our house is located in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, a locality located only 36 km from Barcelona and that is characterized by being delimited to the east by the sea and west by a natural park. It is a very quiet area where you can spend a few days disconnected from the stress of the routine but that, at the same time, is very well communicated with one of the most important cities in Spain: Barcelona.

Some tourist places close to our accommodation are:

• La Garriga, a town whose constructions are inspired by the nineteen architecture and in which you can visit the old Roman ruins or some of its spas. A luxury at your fingertips. 

• Sant Miquel del Fai, a church built in a cave and that stands out for its Romanesque portal. Its origin is unknown, but it is known that it is prior to the eleventh century.

• the beaches of the Maresme, a few kilometers you can take a bath in some of the best beaches in the area and in passing to know some localities as tourist as Calella, Santa Susana or Pineda de Mar.
