Our house is located inSant Andreu de Llavaneres, a town very close to Barcelona ideal for enjoying a few days of rest with the family and taking the opportunity to visit some places of tourist or cultural interest. It is a very quiet area but it has a wide range of leisure, restaurant and transport services, making it a highly advisable environment for a complete getaway.
If you want to have a celebration or are traveling with your group of friends and you are under 30 years old, consult the owner.
The house, with capacity for a maximum of 16 people, is rented in its entirety and consists of:
- Large kitchen fully furnished and equipped with all types of appliances you may need to prepare your best dishes. You have gas stoves, 2 refrigerators, a chest freezer, oven and microwave, as well as a dishwasher to make your life even more comfortable. It is a very bright room where you will feel at home.
- Large dining room with a 4 meter long table to eat with the family and enjoy pleasant after-dinner conversations.
- Living room with very comfortable sofas where you can sit and watch television while enjoying the heat of the wood-burning fireplace.
- 2 double bedrooms with double beds, 2 nightstands and a large dressing room. One of the rooms has a private bathroom.
- 2 duplex-style bedrooms with a double bed on the lower floor and 2 single beds on the upper floor. All rooms are equipped withTV so you don't miss a single one of your favorite shows.
- A themed bedroom with Egyptian details and equipped with 2 bunk beds.
- 3 full bathrooms with shower for shared use, and 2 additional toilets.
- Game room with pool table and foosball for the fun of all guests.
- 2000 m2 garden with an area for relaxation with loungers and armchairs. You will also find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, the perfect place for summer nights.
- Sports areas with non-professional paddle tennis court, outdoor pingpong table, basketball basket.
- Children's area with swings so that children can have fun for hours.
- Large size pool to cool off in the hottest parts of summer.
The entire house is air conditioned with heating and air conditioning in the rooms so that there is always a perfect temperature inside.
The rental price includes bed linen and towels.

Our house is located in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, a town located just 36 km from Barcelona and characterized by being delimited to the east by the sea and to the west by a natural park. It is a very quiet area where you can spend a few days disconnected from the stress of routine but, at the same time, it is very well connected to one of the most important cities in Spain: Barcelona.
Some places of tourist interest near our accommodation are:
- La Garriga, a town whose buildings are inspired by Noucentista architecture and where you can visit the ancient Roman ruins or some of its spas. A luxury within your reach.
- Sant Miquel del Fai, a church built in a cave and notable for its Romanesque-style doorway. Its origin is unknown, but it is known that it dates back to before the 11th century.
- The beaches of Maresme, a few kilometers away you can take a swim in some of the best beaches in the area and in the process get to know some tourist towns such as Calella, Santa Susana or Pineda de Mar.
