Masía Santa Mónica

Our house is in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, just 30 minutes from Barcelona. It is a privileged area, very near the beach, and that is in a natural environment of great beauty. 

La Masía, with capacity for 20 people, is rented in full and consists of:

• functional and very well distributed cuisine where you can cook and eat without transferring to another room. Accounts with all types of appliances: fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The household utensil is also included. Highlights the careful decoration, specially designed to feel at home.

• several dining rooms with a traditional -style furniture and romantic air. An ideal place to enjoy food. 

• 3 rooms designed for the moments of leisure and recreation that constitute great reading rooms or games. The best thing about these spaces is the firewood fireplace in most rooms. One of these salons has bar bar, pool table and a table to play cards. A luxury. 

• 9 double rooms, some of them with marriage bed and the rest with 2 twin beds. They are toly furnished and have full -use full bathroom. The decoration is romantic style and is inspired by pastel tones to favor the rest of our guests. 

• wide garden with barbecue zone and outdoor furniture so you can have breakfast outdoors enjoying the weather and an unbeatable environment.

• pool in which you can refresh yourself in the hottest months of summer.

The whole house has heating so that there is always a pleasant temperature inside.

the rental price includes bedding and towels.

Our house is located in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, a beautiful town of Barcelona located between the sea and an extensive natural park. It stands out for its modernist buildings, many of them private houses such as Sot, Cal Tomás or the Gran Tower. 

Some of the places you can visit near our farmhouse are:

• La Garriga, population with a novelty architecture in which you can visit the Roman ruins and several ideal spas to relax and forget stress. 

• Sant Miquel del Fai, monastery built in a cave from which its Romanesque portal stands out. It has a small crypt that is accessed by a staircase located at the entrance. A must. 

• Vic, a city that has one of the most important medieval sets of the region. If you do an excursion to this municipality, do not forget to try its gastronomy, famous, above all, for its sausages.
