Villa María

Our house is located in Santa Maria de Palautordera, a beautiful town in Barcelona where you can enjoy a family holiday in a privileged natural environment. It is a very quiet area and close to several places of interest. Our favorite spot is the Montseny Natural Park, a unique landscape where you can observe the passing of the seasons through the color of its vegetation. 

Our accommodation is an old house from 1906 and, like its garden, it is listed by the town hall due to its great heritage value. 

The house, with capacity for 17/18 people, is rented in its entirety and consists of:

• Large fully furnished and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, oven and microwave. You also have a dishwasher and household items so you don't miss anything. You will feel at home. 

• Dining room with several tables so that you can eat comfortably in a family atmosphere and with beautiful views of the outside.

• Resting area with comfortable sofas where you can sit and chat with your friends or watch TV with Movistar +. 

• 1double room with double bedfully furnished.
• 1 double room with 2 single beds fully furnished.

• 4triple rooms, ideal if you travel with children. 

• 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with a large shower tray and another with a bathtub + a changing room with a shower next to the pool.

• Large garden with outdoor furniture so you can relax sunbathing or having breakfast outdoors. With the ping - pong table, the trampoline and the children's house you are sure to have lots of fun moments. 

• 50 m2 pool with security fence for the greater comfort of our clients. 

The entire house has central heating so that the cold is not a problem.

You have free WIFI signal so you can stay connected to social networks despite being on vacation.

The rental price includes bed linen and towels.

Parties or bachelor parties are not allowed, but family gatherings are allowed for up to 25 people to spend the day.

Ideal for work meetings.

Dogs are welcome, even large dogs and PPP, ask for the conditions when booking.

It can be reached by train (Palautordera) and is 50 minutes from Barcelona with the LR2 line.

Without leaving the municipality you can visit some monuments of interest such as the Gothic church of Santa María or the Trencat Bridge, built in the Middle Ages and recently renovated. 

In the surroundings you can visit other tourist places such as, for example:

• The Montseny Natural Park, the oldest natural reserve in Catalonia and one of the most important. It stands out for containing vegetation characteristic of the 3 main European biomes: the Mediterranean, the Euro-Siberian and the Boreoalpine. 

• The castle of Montclús, also known as the castle of the Moors. Its origin dates back to the 11th century. It has been considered an Asset of Cultural Interest since 1988.

• The beaches of Maresme where you can enjoy a pleasant swim as well as getting to know some of the most beautiful coastal towns in the area such as Calella, Santa Susana or Pineda de Mar.
