This villa is located in an urbanization known as La Font, which is part of Pollença (Mallorca). It is a very quiet residential area, perfect for you to relax during your holidays in the Balearic Islands.

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. They are rooms painted white and with tiled floors. They have some wooden shelves near the entrance where there are some reading volumes, accompanied by colorful pictures with orange and blue tones. There are some wooden furniture like the wardrobe.
- A bedroom with a double bed. It is a large bedroom with numerous decoration that is based on traditional elements of wood and stone. There is a fireplace in the room, in front of a wooden desk and seat. There is also a device for air conditioning and heating.
- 2 bathrooms. They are spread over the two floors of the house. They are quite large, one equipped with bathtub and another with a space of shower between several walls that separate it from the rest of the toilet. Both have a large sink area on a polished stone surface, as well as a large mirror and toilet.
- Living-dining room. It is highly decorated with wooden furniture and glass ornaments such as vases or some old copper objects. It has a large table that can accommodate all the necessary diners.
