Description of Villa Rosa
On the outskirts of the beautiful town of Pollença (Mallorca), surrounded by beautiful countryside landscapes and the Serra de Tramuntana in the background, is where our rural house sits.
It has that authentic flavor of the typical country houses of Mallorca, accompanied by a beautiful garden space, full of flowers and fruit trees of spectacular beauty.
Another space within the garden is the fantastic swimming pool with solarium so that you can cool off when the summer heat strikes the most, and under the shade of a beautiful and huge tree, you can sit and breathe the clean air in the afternoons.
If we go to the entrance of the house, we find, on the one hand, a large covered gazebo, equipped with a grill and a spacious table, and which includes a small kitchen area. Don't forget to prepare a good feast and enjoy it in this area in good weather!
There is also a porch, with table and chairs, through which is accessed inside the house, where you will find a rustic space with typical furniture in the following rooms:

- The dining room, where, at the entrance, we come across space ideal for reading, with two rocking chairs by the window and an old decorative fireplace. The dining table is located next to it, with a beautiful sideboard, opening the way to the living room, with a pair of sofas in front of the television, and also, a wood stove for the colder days of winter.
- The kitchen, although modest in size, is a space equipped with where you can move around comfortably at the time of cooking that has a table in the center, in addition to having direct exit to the garden.
- Three rooms are the ones that the house has as a rest area. A room with double bed is the main bedroom, and another two rooms include two single beds.
- We do not forget the toilet, since a bathroom with a bathtub is for shared use and a second bathroom is integrated in one of the rooms.
