Description of Villa Lucrecia
Our accommodation is located within the town of Lantejuela, which is a quiet space in which to enjoy the best views of the province of Seville.
It is a spacious property where you will be able to enjoy the best vacations, in a space of 1,250 square meters where you will have all kinds of facilities for leisure.
As for the house and itscapacity, it is 100 square meters, and has space for 6 people at most that they will have at their disposal:
- A large living room / dining room in which there is, on one side, the rest area that makes up the set of armchairs that look towards the furniture in which the plasma television is located. Right next to it, a wrought iron wood stove that leads to the dining area, equipped with a wooden table and a set of chairs.
- The kitchen can be seen perfectly from the living room, and has a countertop where all the appliances and kitchenware are distributed, in addition to having a side table.
- 3 double bedrooms, equipped so that the main one has a double bed, while the remaining 2 have, each of them, a pair of single beds.
- A complete bathroom in which the shower is located, and all the towel sets.
Already in the exterior area, the house with a living façade has:
- Aporch with outdoor furniture.
- A large garden area in which we have the barbecue.
- The pool.
RULES:
- Responsible use of energy (light, gas, electricity) is included in the price, as well as towels and bed linen.
- Do not leave the air conditioning on and the windows open if you are not going to be in the accommodation. It carries an extra cost.
- Electric vehicle charging service is not included. But you can check the rates we have for it.
- Upon departure, leave the apartment in good condition. Otherwise, it involves extra cleaning.
- If you have problems during your stay, contact us directly. Requests outside the stay will not be attended to.
- No more people than those registered are allowed except with prior notice and payment, parties or events.
- All people will have to register travelers at the entrance.
- Check-in and check-out time to be agreed. In July and August, entry is at 4:00 p.m. and departure is at 10:00 a.m.
- Early check-in and late check-out: will have an additional cost, upon request and confirmation.
- Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. and departures before 7:00 a.m. must be notified in advance and may incur an additional cost.
- The deposit is given upon arrival and returned within a maximum of 48 hours after departure, by BIZUM.
- The cancellation policy appears on the reservation confirmation voucher.
