Our accommodation is located in the town of La Puebla de Cazalla, which is a quiet and charming space in which to enjoy the essence of the province of Seville.

It is a quiet accommodationin which its 2500 meters of land provides a lot of comforts, and the best facilities for you to have a great time and enjoy your vacation.

As for its capacity, the house, which has 60 square meters is designed for 4 people, although it can be expanded by one more square up to a maximum of 5 guests.

Features:

• A large living room right at the entrance of the house, which has a set of armchairs that look towards the wood-burning fireplace, framed in brick and on which there is a mirror. On one side, the plasma television that you can also see from the dining area, which has a table and chairs.

• The kitchen has perfect communication with the living room, and consists of anoffice-type structure that distributes a bar and the countertop in which theappliances and kitchenware are distributed.

• A complete bathroom in which the shower is located.

• 2 double bedrooms, both equipped with 2 single beds, and complete with robust wardrobes where you can leave your clothes.

Already in theoutdoor areas, the house consists of:

• A porch at the entrance with table and chairs.

• A back porch with a chill out area and the best views of the pool.

• A large parking area, and barbecue in the front.

RULES:

1. The accommodation includes water, electricity and gas but must be used responsibly. Improper use of them entails an extra cost. 
2. Sheets and towels are provided.
3. Electric vehicle charging is not included in the price. Check rates.
4. Upon departure, you must leave the apartment collected. If not, there is an additional cleaning fee.
5. Arrival at 4 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m. unless previously agreed.
6. If there is any problem, please contact us only.
7. No more people than those registered are allowed, nor are parties or events allowed.
8. Travelers must register right at the entrance.
9. The deposit is requested upon arrival, and is returned by BIZUM up to 48 hours after departure.
10. The cancellation policy appears on the reservation confirmation voucher.
