Recently renovated, this rural house with swimming pool has all the comforts for a peaceful stay with your loved ones in Sant Marçal. Without a doubt a unique experience to spend your vacation. With a maximum capacity for 6 people, its 160 m2 are divided into:

• 2 Bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and the other with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. All equipped with clean sheets. They have nightstands and plugs next to them for greater comfort.

They have air conditioning and an entrance of natural light thanks to the windows that face the outside. Its decoration is rustic, with lamps, beautiful design. Against mosquitoes, there are mosquito nets in the rooms.

Bedroom 1: is on the second floor and is the large room, named ''Puput Room''. It has 1 double bed and 2 single beds, on opposite poles of the bedroom. They have a headboard and lighting from above or on the sides. The bedroom also has a radiator and fan, depending on your preference, and a chest of drawers with a large mirror. For clothes there is a large white closet.

Bedroom 2: located on the first floor and called ''Abellerol Room''. It has 2 single beds that you can put together if you wish, for more space. The window has views of the vineyards. It has an equipped coat rack area and a desk. In addition, it has mobile air conditioning.

• 2 ''ensuite'' bathrooms that combine stone and tile, in a large space. They have shower and essentials at your disposal. In this area you can find a bidet and plugs next to the sinks for greater convenience. Includes a hair dryer. They also have towels.

• 1 Well-equipped kitchen with highchair available if you need it. It is rustic and white, with complete tableware and key appliances such as the oven,, and a mixer,, for your comfort. For breakfast it has a toaster and a juicer, in addition to being suitable for coffee lovers.

You will also find in the kitchen a indoor dining room fully furnished.

The kitchen is an area open to the living room.

• 1 Living room, chaired by 1 sofa and opposite a flat screen television and radio. Apart from the radiators, there is a pellet stove.

In the accommodation you will find baby safety rails and various entertainment for children. In addition, it has a washing machine,, and dryer,, so you don't miss anything.

The house also has charming exteriors:

• Terrace that blends in with the garden. It has a wooden dining table and hammocks in the trees.

• Private garden with barbecue area for you to enjoy with your loved ones and that works with charcoal. It also has lounge chairs to rest and a hose.

• Organic garden, which allows us to offer you vegetables in summer.

• outdoor pool, surrounded by tiled floor. It is elevated and from here you will have unique views towards the vineyards. It has hammocks for sunbathing and integrated stairs for better access. You can't miss the sunset!

This rural house is located in the natural environment of the Costa del Garraf and located on the plain of Penedès, between the mountains that are next to the sea.

The area, also known as 'Catalan Tuscany', has great beauty. Its landscape is privileged, full of vineyard fields.

Ideal for excursions and walks under the landscape, you can also get to know the gastronomy of the place.

If you prefer coastal tourism, you have the possibility of visiting the beaches of the Costa Daurada. This accommodation is close to areas such as Calafell or El Vendrell, for walks on the sand.
