A rural house with pool and games room, integrated into nature in Sant Boi De Lluçanes. With all the modern comforts, it is an ideal space for families where you can enjoy a quiet vacation in the middle of a unique setting.
With a maximum capacity for 14 people, its 400 m2 are divided into:
The plugs are near the beds and to store clothes there are fitted wardrobes.
There are rugs in almost all of them and additional armchairs. In some cases also desktop.

On the main landing you will find a nice entrance area with 1 armchair.

- 7 Bedrooms, two of them with 1 double bed and the rest with 2 single beds, with sheets. All with good lighting and you can find a direct access to the terrace through a glass door.
The plugs are near the beds and to store clothes there are fitted wardrobes.

- 3 Bathrooms with bathtub or shower and candles at your disposal. They are spacious white rooms with large mirrors over the marble sink. They have large windows with views of the mountains and the forest.
In addition, you have a hair dryer.
- 1 Great Room of 60 m2 that opens onto an exclusive space for the main interior dining room, which has a long wooden table and chairs around it. A beautiful antique lamp hangs from it.
- 1 Office area to work with large desk and everything you need. Next to it, a small library.
- 1 Full kitchen with good natural lighting. It has crockery and key appliances such as the oven or the refrigerator. On its long worktop in the shape of an L you will find the sink and stove for meals. It has coffee maker or kettle, at your choice of use, for breakfasts.
- Terrace/Balcony with beautiful views of the forest and a furnished chill out area to enjoy the fresh air.
On the main landing you will find a nice entrance area with 1 armchair.
Outside the house:
- 1 Private outdoor swimming pool on a large plot of grass, with a delimited area and a tiled area. It has integrated stairs to access the pool.
- Garden and forest around the accommodation, which blends in with nature. Here you can find swings and it is an ideal space for tranquility.
- Outdoor terraces, including a barbecue and stone benches in the immediate vicinity.
- games room in a separate area with table football and ping pong table, among other adapted spaces such as poker tables. It has 80 m2 and also has several sofas in front of a screen where you can also entertain yourself with your friends.
