El Forn Rural

This accommodation is designed to disconnect among nature and enjoy an unforgettable rural getaway in Gargallà, within the municipality of Montmajor.


The family rooms are distributed in two floors and some exterior spaces focused on the fun of all our tenants.

It has a maximum capacity for 10 people and a total of 180 m2 that are distributed as follows:

• 4 hypoallergenic bedrooms: two of them with a double bed, another with a double and a single, and the last one with three single beds.

They are warm places to rest, although they also have a fan in case the heat gets too high. They are loaded with details, for example they have mosquito nets to avoid annoying neighbors at night and amenities such as plugs near of the headboard.

They combine wood with modern facilities, with a beautiful rustic ceiling and rugs on the tile floor. The closets are wide enough for you to store your luggage and contain everything you need to pamper your clothes.

• 2 Bathrooms: equipped with bathtub or shower for toilet. They are illuminated thanks to the arched windows that let in natural light and you can find up to two sinks in them so that everyone feels comfortable.

It contains wicker storage furniture where we have included toilet paper and we will also leave a set of towels during your stay.

• A kitchen: loaded with various kitchen items that are distributed on the countertop and on the shelves. You won't miss anything and you can cook delicious dishes and then share them in the main dining room.

It also has a complete set of dishes and key appliances to make everything easier, including the coffee maker or the dishwasher. If you need it, you can request a highchair for the children.

• Several living rooms: are a nice corner to rest, the living room will remind you of a cabin. Several rocking chairs and armchairs are grouped around the fire of the fireplace, ideal if you want to relax inside the accommodation.

It also has a furnished space in front of a flat screen television and another that also has books at your disposal so you can get lost in its stories. In short, inside you will find magical rooms to share with your favorite people.


Outside in the compound, you will also find:

• A porch: to enjoy the outdoors and breathe that clean mountain air. It has several different areas, to play on the table football, eat al fresco on summer afternoons or even prepare a delicious barbecue.

• Private garden of lawn, surrounded by a fence. It's like having a little piece of nature at home that also includes a pool where you can cool off and even a playground for the little ones. It also has chill out corners that have hanging hammocks y next to the sunbathing pool.

If you want to spend a holiday in contact with nature, our accommodation is located in the vicinity of the Parque Cultural de la Montaña de Sal de Cardona, surrounded by fields and forests to explore.

This area has a great geological and ecological value, in addition to having such unique corners as an old mining well for the exploitation of salts, you will love discovering all these places.

It has a privileged location, as it is located near Barcelona in the municipality of Montmajor, but with the tranquility of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

From this position within the Central Catalonia, you will be able to do BTT and various hiking routes,, as well as enjoy the winter sports in season thanks to the ski resorts around.

If you prefer another type of tourism, close to the house is the Cardona Castle and other points of cultural interest such as the Cathedral of the town. In addition, you can always get lost in the streets and discover the old town of Solsona.
