In Jaraíz de la Vera we have built a beautiful complex made up of various houses. Below we present the set of apartments, all with similar characteristics, which in addition to their private areas, share common areas.
These parts of the complex that are for everyone correspond to the pool and the entire garden area that will allow you to enjoy beautiful views and breaks surrounded by nature. Another common area is the entrance to the house and its parking area, ideal for coming with your car and always having it accessible.
Once inside the house, we find it divided into 2 floors between which the rooms are distributed in a very practical way.
On the first floor we have the living room which is also a dining room since it has a sofa, television and also a small table and chairs for eating. All the furniture is made of wood, very elegant and quite rural. This helps us fully integrate into the environment. It is also the main room of the house, where the access door is.
The kitchen has numerous appliances, as well as crockery and cutlery and the rest of the kitchenware. Without a doubt you will be able to prepare succulent dishes and you will not have to leave the house to do so. A space made up of wooden furniture perfectly combined with the ceilings, doors and window frames.
The bathroom is also located on the first floor, that is, the lower one. It has a sink, toilet and a shower. The most characteristic thing is its beautiful tiles that give it a lot of color and a very vintage air.
The upstairs is reserved exclusively for the bedroom. It is a large room that is the same size as the entire lower floor. The bed is the protagonist. Large and ready with sets of sheets and blankets, in front of it there is a large window through which a lot of light enters and you can see all the mountains. Without a doubt, the perfect sunrise.

The room, divided into living room and dining room, has very rustic air thanks to the wood that predominates in practically all the furniture and ceilings. There are several sofas and a piece of furniture with the TV, as well as a table with chairs to eat. X
The kitchen, also very rustic, has the appliances funamentales for cooking. All the furniture is placed in the cupboards, where by the way we have also left a crockery and cutlery.
The bedroom occupies the top and has a very large bed in front of a window that occupies a whole wall. Through it you can see the mountains and the whole garden of the house. A bedroom that is ready with sets of sheets and blankets and where you can also organize your clothes thanks to the furniture that counts.
Finally, the bathroom, which has a large shower, sink and toilet. The towels are also left at your disposal.

It is located within the urban area and is normally very frequented.
