Renovated and ready to offer you a rural experience this holiday, in our house in Oruña you will find a place full of peace.
It is surrounded by a garden to share outdoors and has an interior of 130 m2 where you can stay up to 7 people. It is a more relaxed way to visit Cantabria and also, the capital is next door.
The rooms are distributed on two floors, accessible by stairs. They are distributed like this:
Outside is the covered terrace next to the entrance with an outdoor dining room to enjoy the fresh air and your pet will have a great time in the garden, where there is also a wonderful barbecue.

The rooms are distributed on two floors, accessible by stairs. They are distributed like this:
- 3 family bedrooms, the main one with balcony and en-suite bathroom. Both rooms are a respite to enjoy in absolute privacy, the exterior exit with beautiful views of the mountain behind the town.
- In total there are 6 beds: two singles and three doubles, one of these being larger. The rooms are a refuge where wood and the minimalism of the decoration take center stage, which includes designer side tables and blinds.
- 3 very complete bathrooms, one toilet type. The cleanliness of the style makes the room an ideal place to disconnect between appropriate kitchenware and clean towels that we will leave upon your arrival. Glass covers the shower and a rectangular mirror hangs on the wall above the sink.
- A kitchen next to the terrace, since it has direct access. It is focused on well-being, which is why it contains the washing machine and a dishwasher. Giving free rein to home cooking is easy, as it is equipped with key appliances that facilitate any meal on a daily basis and utensils that complement the tableware. In front of the counter is the dinette, with room for the full capacity.
- A lounge at the foot of the stairs, with two sofas placed together. It is the common area to meet to talk, watch television or recharge your batteries. The seats are comfortable and one of the bathrooms is next door.

Sourroundings of La Casita de Oruña
We are in the town of Oruña, surrounded by countryside and spaces of vegetation that give the home privacy in the town. It also means that there are hiking routes to follow the banks of the Pas river, as well as the necessary services for your days here: bars and shops for food or other local products.
You get on the road easily and it takes you to the city of Santander, located a few kilometers away. There you can walk through the Plaza Pombo and go to the beaches, although in the vicinity of Oruña there are sandy areas such as the Playa de Canallave or the Playa de Valdearenas.
Very close is also the Cabárceno Nature Park, where you can discover nature in a different way. Here the wild animals are in semi-freedom and the enclosure is so extensive that you will have to use a car. Inside there is also a cable car to fly over the area, children love it.
