- 3 bedrooms blank, comfortable beds and key furniture of any room. two of them are marriage, others two are individual and the remaining bed pair are distributed in a litera. The decoration is basic, some picture hangs from the wall and there may be an additional seat to read.
- a bathroom quite amplitude and, above all, very complete. The tiles break with the simple style that follows the interior and there are shower or bathtub to disconnect underwater. On the mattresses of the rooms we have left clean towels, so that in this stay the concerns are forgotten. The sink is marble, just like the toilet. We have also left toilet paper at your disposal.
- a kitchen where to prepare your favorite stews, helped by the oven or the rest of appliances that are distributed around the countertop. Small accessories are a complete set focused on breakfast and fulfill our whims, such as the coffee maker. In case you need to pamper your clothes, the washing machine is here.
- a room that occupies the heart of the house, and from here you can access the rest of the stays. It consists of a sofa- bed elongated among the bedrooms, as well as a flat screen TV placed right in front. The carpet and some plants give life and color to this room.

We are next to the City Council, a fairly central location to enjoy Santander. Near us is the Altamira Park, and if you are passionate about art and want to know the local culture, a few meters are the main museums.
We know that they are the great protagonists of the summer, so we surround ourselves with several beaches which you can get by car. One of them is that of the Sardinero II, a long sand with a blue ride and flag. The beauty that Porta is unique, also next to the Mésones Park.
The Cantabria environment fuses green and blue, leaving us unique places to walk. The Park Cabo Mayor is ideal for sharing a family afternoon on the sea, where you can see the lighthouse in the province.
On the other hand, the connection with public transport is good, especially to move in train. Like the restaurants, the stations are a few meters away.
