Our semi-detached house with terrace is located in the town of Pechón, one of the most special corners of Cantabria due to the environment that surrounds it. Inside the house you will not only be able to prepare the best excursions to discover it, but you will also be able to take advantage of each of the comforts that we have prepared with care.
Its maximum capacity is 6 people and it consists of two floors, in total with 100 m2 that are ideal to share with the whole family. If you come with babies you can request cribs and high chairs, and if you have a small furry friend you must notify us in advance, although we will be happy to have them here.

- There are 3 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the remaining one with a double bed. You will find in all of them a place to rest after a long day, well illuminated by natural light entrances and with exits to the outside through the terraces. The views are very beautiful, towards the mountain and the town, you can enjoy them from the mattress.
- The house has 2 bathrooms, each on a floor for better access. They have been equipped with shower and bathtub for the bathroom, according to your preference of use, and are quite modern. The blue finishes on the sink add personality to the room, as do the tiles in marine tones. For you we have included sets of towels and essentials, we want you to feel at home.
- The heart of the accommodation is occupied by a large classic lounge, this begins at the foot of the stairs and has a hat rack. Further ahead is the sofa, next to the fireplace (ideal for winter) and in front of a flat screen television that will keep you entertained in those dead moments where no one knows quite what to do. As we also know that board games are always the protagonists of every family gathering, we have left some for you to have fun with, so the possibilities are several.
- In the dining room you can share very special moments after dinner, and it is also the ideal place to try the dishes you prepare in the kitchen. The ceramic hob will help heat food, as well as the kitchenware and the appliances will be key to your development. Although it is quite intuitive, with a window next to the counter to provide you with a better view. It has small accessories for breakfast and even cleaning products to pick up later, it lacks nothing!
- On the other hand, the patio contains a wonderful terrace with a side table and chairs around where you can take the fresh air, have a barbecue or chat under the sun in the summer.
