These apartments are on the Cantabrian Coast, next to the beach and with places around to have something cool in the summer. Very close to Santander but without the hustle and bustle of its old town, they are the ideal place to strengthen family ties.
Its interior is simple, 35 m2 strategically set to enjoy a pleasant stay that will serve as a base to get to know the city and its surroundings. In total there are 3 independent accommodations, with capacity for 2 people and common areas to share.
They all share some common outdoor areas that you can take advantage of to get some fresh air or meet new people. Among them:

- They are made up of a large space that integrates the rooms, communication is key in this style. They have a bedroom where the double bed rests, protected by a headboard that keeps the plugs close to. In this same place stands the television, a screen that hangs from the ceiling to watch your favorite programs.
- Below it is the dining room, perfect for a couple. It is illuminated by the window that opens right in front, nourishing the main area with light. Here you can chat or take advantage of the meals you prepare at home.
- For this there is a small kitchen, practical so that you both can function with ease and can prepare a homemade menu for ten. Thus you will find small appliances, which include a coffee maker to share in the morning and a toaster. Something that is not missing are the basics ( oil, salt... ) essential to give that personal gastronomic touch.
- There is also a bathroom, the door next to the bed. It is a convenient corner, where it is easy to get carried away by the water of the shower and get ready to go for a walk. The furniture is made of white marble, typical in any bathroom, also with a shelf where you can leave essentials (such as toilet paper ) and a mirror over the sink. The towels are also at our expense, although we will leave them on the bedspread in the room.
They all share some common outdoor areas that you can take advantage of to get some fresh air or meet new people. Among them:
- A large patio where the grass is the main protagonist, as it adds color and joy to the environment. Above it are the barbecues, one of the great attractions of the summer to share local foods in the picnic areas that are distributed throughout the land.
- An outdoor terrace, set up as if it were a cafeteria, as there are small tables throughout the space for a couple to sit and enjoy the sun.

Our accommodation is a little far from the urban center, although remains very connected so that at any time you can escape to the Plaza Pombo or visit the Palacio de la Magdalena, among other cultural spaces.
We have Playa de La Maruca meters away, known for its atmosphere and for being one of the sandy areas to beat the heat, watch the sunset or have a drink on the seashore.
Next to it is the Playa Rosamunda, more unknown and private. This sandy area is small, but excellent for lying on the sand and splashing in the waves.
