In the purest modern style, this duplex is in the urban area of Santander. You will be conquered by its design, which does not hesitate to mix prints, neon colors and the most current furniture.
The area is quieter than the heart of the city, but it is still in the center of it. The beaches are very accessible by car and the atmosphere is perfect to put the finishing touch to the holiday.

- There are 2 bedrooms: The ceilings slope like an attic, but they are more than that. From here you can sleep under the sky, which you will see behind the skylight window. The double bed is wide and comes with a clothes rack. The other room also has the same characteristics, with another double bed, desk and a small chill out to enjoy in privacy.
- The bathroom is splashed with an original design, with a round mirror above the sink and a shower in the background with a lot of different accessories. We have left toiletries, toilet paper next to the toilet and other essentials so that your stay is comfortable, without any stress.
- The kitchen is on the corner on the lower floor and there is a ceramic hob prepared for your favorite stews. It uses some small appliances and on the shelves you will see that there is a tableware that is quite complete, with wine glasses. We have also included basics (salt, oil) a plus for everyday life, as well as the coffee maker.
- The dining room is on the other side of the stairs, on a raw rug. Next to it, the windows fill the entire room with natural light and it is pleasant to gather around the table.
- Connected so that communication flows is the living room, a tastefully decorated space. The central glass table separates the television,, and the sofa,, creating a meeting point for when you want to take a break from the city. There is wifi connection available, in case you want to connect on your phones or through the Smart TV, which has Netflix.
- A great garage where you can leave your vehicle or motorcycles in complete safety.

This apartment is in a quiet area of the center of Santander, surrounded by parks and shops or supermarkets for everyday use. Less than 3 km separate us from the most emblematic places, so you can walk, by car or by public transport.
- We recommend that you go to the Plaza Pombo or to any of the museums in Cantabria: the Modern Art museum or the Archeology and History museum. Then you can have a drink on one of the terraces around you, try the typical food or toast the occasion.
- La Playa La Maruca generates a good coastal atmosphere and is the closest to our accommodation, the most private is the Playa Rosamunda, collected and made up of sand. If you are looking for something more picturesque, 4 km away is the Playa Virgen del Mar. It is known for the hermitage with which it shares its name and which narrows before opening to the ocean.
