- 3 Bedrooms that are distributed as follows: two of them with a pair of single beds and the remaining one with a double bed and another single bed in the form of a sofa. The latter also contains a desk with light in case you need to work and in case you need it, we have free wifi service. X
- One of the advantages of the rooms is that they have good natural lighting, the windows open up the walls and face the outside area. For the sunniest hours, the blinds os cover direct light. The house has a dressing room, so you will have space for all your luggage and it is more comfortable.
- 2 Bathrooms: one has a bathtub and the other a shower to wash yourself, both with running water and in them we have left clean and essential towels for everyday life, even a mat. Each in its own style, both in common with the marble furniture in the shape of a toilet and wide sinks with mirror.
- A kitchen that has, on one hand, the area with the ceramic hob and the rest of the countertop for preparing food. Above the window is the sink, in the drawers the utensils and kitchenware. Closer to the entrance, a corner has been reserved for having a quick breakfast, as if it were an American bar. In any case, the dining room is right next door, with capacity for all diners.
- A living room as the main room from where the stairs are to access the upper floor. The floor is made of parquet as in the rest of the house, while the walls reveal the stone that fits the fireplace. In winter it is appreciated, because in addition to providing heat, it gives the home a more homely touch. We are in Santander, but a little far from the center to gain privacy and tranquility. The urbanization is not far from the most popular beaches in the area, only 2.4 km separate us from the sea.
The Plaza Pombo, one of the social centers of the city, is less than 5 km away and supermarkets such as Mercadona are next door. We recommend the car to get around the area, although to complement it, the bus station is a few meters away.
