- An bedroom consisting of the double bed and a wardrobe placed next to it. You will sleep near the sea, on a comfortable mattress and some facilities to create a more comfortable atmosphere. This is the case of plugs, for example, today we know that having them on hand is key.
- The room is simple, without much decoration. The walls are sometimes decorated with small paintings that give it some grace, just as there is a mosaic in the kitchen.

The ideal combo to go to after a long day in the surroundings, replacing the smell of saltpeter with that of soap (items provided by us). It also has toilet paper.
- A kitchen with the right place to prepare food, heat dishes and take advantage of the ceramic hob. On the counter is the television, an item that you can enjoy from the bed itself; and below it is where the utensils or tableware are stored for each diner. We have included basics such as oil, salt... A real plus!
But in addition, the common spaces can be used from the home. An outdoor set where you can take advantage of the good weather alone or in company, but always surrounded by comfort:
- In this way, the terrace opens under the sun so that you can have another perspective of the surroundings, chat and rest in the small dining rooms or chill outs that are distributed throughout the space.

This is a very nice place to disconnect because although is located in Santander, the apartment is a little away from the center. This does not mean that it is far, because less than 5 minutes by car will take you to many of the most emblematic spaces in the city.
What we are close to is the beaches, located on the land of the Cantabrian Coast. It is, without a doubt, peculiar. Because in addition to the sea, beautiful places are created such as the Natural Park of Liencres, a partly desert area with dunes that give it a special charm.
As a good coastal city, the capital is outlined by an environment full of cliffs, blue and green contrasting strongly, and some visible urban constructions, such as the Lighthouses. In the Parque de Cabo Mayor, it is precisely next to one of these sculptures that a viewpoint has been placed to record the image of the landscape on your retina (or take a thousand photos).
The beach that is closest to us is La Maruca, you can walk to it to cool off, walk along the shore or take advantage of the restaurant environment that surrounds it.
