- A living preserving natural elements, equipped with sofas surrounding the large fireplace on which provisions have old items to decorate the room and a television hanging on the wall, ending encompass this espacio.
- A dining room that is integrated into this part of the room and that is occupied by a wooden table with chairs for several diners on which hangs an old lamp. The lighting of this room is very pleasant and is provided by the door that gives access to the private terrace.
- A complete kitchen with a granite countertop that makes a "u" shape and that serves to separate the environments. It is equipped with all kinds of necessary appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooker.
- Un double bedroom with traditional airs, with a large headboard of dark wood and rustic decoration. Bedding is included.
- A full bathroom with shower and a large mirror. The lighting in this room is given by the window that is located on the top of the wall and that has views of the outdoor patio.
