La Casa Xica

This rural accommodation called the Xica house is located in the town of Sant Agustí de Lluçanès, within the province of Barcelona.

Among its walls, 2 plants are lifted decorated with traditional style in which 4 people can be lodged. an ideal house for romantic families or escapes.

In the first floor there are:

• A cuisine in which the white color predominates. In its "U" granite countertop, the washing machine, the dishwasher or the microwave are distributed. It also has a door and freezer refrigerator. On this countertop a window opens through which the light directly enters the luminosity stay.

• A dining room, just after the countertop, which functions as a separator of environments, with a round wooden table and four chairs. On the other side of the table, we find the great firewood fireplace which, in this case, is responsible for contributing heat to the plant.

• A cozy lounge in which the armchairs and a very comfortable sofa have been arranged in front of which we find the slight plasma. One of the common rest and leisure stays of the house that you will enjoy the most.

In the upper floor, which is accessed by traditional wooden stairs that run through the stone front, we find:

• 2 double bedrooms which, one of them is composed of a large marriage bed attached to the stone wall that has remained both in common areas and in both bedrooms. It is decorated with an old and restored carved wooden headboard. It also has 2 night tables with lamps for those moments before sleep. The other room has 2 individual beds separated by a bedside table. On one side of the stay you will find a desk and a percher to place the shelter clothes and, to the other, a large window from which to observe the views of the mountain.

• A full bathroom is the climax to this plant. It is perfectly decorated and contains everything necessary for day to day. The gold -colored faucets and the granite countertop finish giving this room, the stately environment that is intended.

In all rooms there is a heating system with radiators. 

Finally, the exterior of this house consists of a beautiful porch, with garden furniture from which to enjoy an impressive panoramic view of the nearby mountains and the garden of the plot. In addition, a small zone has been built for the barbecue that, sure, you will enjoy.
