This rural house is located in Moia, in the Catalan province of Barcelona.
The home is fully equipped for people with reduced mobility in all areas. The specific equipment is very complete since it has, among many other services, a crane that allows you to transport, if necessary, any of its guests. In total, up to 8 people can fit, 2 of which would sleep on a sofa bed. The house is composed of:
- 3 rooms: one of them is triple, another double and another single. The triple has a triple bunk bed and is ideal for the little ones. For its part, the double has 2 electric single beds, one of them being hospital, which can be joined or separated. The individual is elevatable and everything necessary for people with reduced mobility can be added.
- 2 bathrooms. One of them is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility and is very spacious. The other is smaller and is not adapted. There is a hair dryer.
- A spacious and fully equipped kitchen. It is also adapted to people with reduced mobility. It has numerous utensils and appliances that will make your stay as perfect as possible.
- A living room where the sofa bed is located where the other 2 remaining people would sleep. It has television and DVD player so you can watch your favorite movies. There is also an area for reading and a collection of games to enjoy in company.
Outside there is an immense garden accessible to people with reduced mobility. In the garden there are swings for the little ones. The owners also offer a barbecue and the corresponding garden furniture.
There is accessible pool without hydraulic crane. One side of the pool is elevated to allow transfers from the wheelchair to the edge of the pool. It is completely fenced and is saltwater.
They allow animals and there is WiFi connection so you can upload your photos to social networks. There is also a baby crib (2) and a high chair.

My name is Noemí and I redeem this house.
The project arose from the idea of participating in the spectacular natural environment that surrounds us all those who would like a relaxing getaway, regardless of whether they have mobility problems.
There began to materialize my idea in an accessible house and adapted in its entirety even with nursing service to provide a security plus. I know a lot about this issue since I am a nurse, a specialist in geriatrics; Therefore, if you need me, do not hesitate to call me.
My family and I live right next to the house, which makes communication and relationship easy.

In our house the goal is that whoever wants (families, groups of friends can come..) ensuring maximum comfort in each of the spaces.
Therefore, you will find that all the facilities are adapted for people with reduced movie, with an optimal accessibility that gives autonomy to those who want to stay in it.
The house is distributed in u na sole plant, without architectural barriers either outside or inside. In addition, all these spaces allow the equipment of technical aid as cranes or shower chairs. There is a nursing service so you can enjoy your getaway as a safeer way possible.
We have a multitude of spaces that you can enjoy, both in the cultural and natural aspect.
The Cuevas del Toll, just over 5 kilometers, it can be a good option. There you will observe the action of nature, leaving a space that has been inhabited by men in prehistory and animals.
Following this line, you can expand your knowledge in the archaeological and paleontological museum.
To soak up a little of the culture of the area, approach to the monastery of l'Ssey, with parts of Romanesque style, as its cloister.
For its part, the monastery of Montserrat, on the highest mountain of Catalonia, creates a postcard view, being an increasingly visited pilgrimage place.
