Our rural house raises its walls above the land of a huge estate in La Roca del Valles, in Barcelona. It is a complex of 2 houses that share their exterior with a barbecue, games and swimming pool. In a completely rural environment, you have the possibility of resting and disconnecting from the stress of big cities.

With capacity for 10 people, our house has a bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. Guests are divided into the 5 rooms inside the house. Furthermore, the rest of the common areas that we have are spacious, designed specifically for large families or groups of friends. It has two entrances that access the same area, a central hallway that separates the 2 wings of the house:

• The kitchen has a rustic decoration but with all the comforts that a modern touch can provide us. Equipped with all kinds of appliances that will make things easier for you, such as the washing machine, the dryer or the dishwasher among others. Its large wooden windows provide the ventilation we need in the mornings and insulate us from the cold at night.

• The living room is also a dining room, it has a huge table with capacity for all tenants to sit at the same time. The TV is a flat screen and the 2 sofas have 3 seats each. There are also armchairs so that no one is left standing when we warm ourselves in the fireplace.

• The bedrooms will give us the privacy we are looking for, since they are distributed between the two areas of the house and the central hallway. Both the left and right wings of the house have a bedroom with 2 single beds and another with a double bed each. The fifth room is located in the central hallway and has 2 90 centimeter beds.

• The 3 bathrooms of the house are distributed in the same way as the rooms, one in the right wing, another in the left and the last one in the central hallway. In addition, one of them is adapted to people with reduced mobility. It has a large shower so you can access it with the chair.

Outside the house we have at our disposal a swimming pool with its loungers to enjoy the sun. The barbecue is located on a covered porch. In addition, there is also a ping pong table in the same area. The farm is located at the foot of the massny of Montseny, in an environment of nature and tranquility.

There are gastronomic routes through nearby peoples and adventure sports for the bravest who want to release adrenaline doing canoeing, climbing or jumping.

• The Pantano de Vallforners is a perfect place for walking while breathing pure air and listening to piar birds. This swamp arrive at the waters that fall from the closest mountains and we have to access walking. It is perfect to go with family and children, they will not have difficulty problems. Of course, if we want one more level, there are many other paths that have a greater degree of difficulty.

• If what we want is beach instead of mountain, we have the beautiful beaches of Maresme.
