La Masía

Beautiful rural house built on the grounds of a huge estate of more than 20,000 square meters located at La Roca del Vallés, in Barcelona. In full nature, the house is ideal for you to stay with your group of friends or family.

It is a house built in 1951 according to the traditional model of Catalan farmhouse, but it was recently remodeled. The facade of the house and its large wooden gate fit perfectly with the rural environment surrounding the house. Accommodation capacity is for 10 people. You have 2 floors where all your rooms are distributed:

• The kitchen, living room and dining room are just inside. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. The oven, microwave or dishwasher are designed to offer maximum comfort during your stay. The furniture is made of white wood and makes an elegant contrast with the tiles of geometric shapes and dark colors. The room has a flat screen TV, satellite channel and DVD to enjoy a movie in good company. The sofas are arranged so that everyone can watch the television. Between the kitchen and the living room, there is a table dining room for you to enjoy with your family the time of the meal.

• The house has a total of 4 rooms that are distributed between the 2 floors. On the ground floor hay a bedroom of marriage with a large bed and a quad room with 4 single beds. The windows and doors throughout the house are made of wood. The light of the rooms is a warm light that offers a cozy and more intimate atmosphere to the guests. In the upstairs, there are other 2 bedrooms, both double, one double and one with 2 single beds.

• The house has 3 bathrooms, 2 are on the ground floor and each belongs to a room. The third is on the top floor and is to share between the 2 bedrooms. The bathrooms are differentiated by the colors of their tiles, red, blue and brown. The 2 bathrooms that are in the rooms have bathtub and the one on the top floor, shower plate.

In the outside of the house there are common areas to share with the other house. You can enjoy the pool and your sun loungers with the good weather while doing a barbecue as a family. Where is the barbecue is an area with tables for outdoor dining and a playground.

The table ping-pong is perfect for a while of entertainment and fun. Of course, you can walk through the huge estate full of oaks, pines, holm oaks and other native plants. If you seek to delight with the song of the birds, the sound of the wind and the scents of nature while you contemplate the mountain of Montseny, this is your home.

In La Roca del Vallés we will provide you the tranquility and harmony that you need. In the municipality itself there is a castle, and that is why several routes cross the village. In addition, the activities you can do in the vicinity of the house are many:

• Adventure sports will activate your body and provide you with adrenaline.

• The mountaineers can enjoy trails for both walking and cycling on the Sierra de Montseny on the side of the house. Playing outdoor sports while breathing fresh air is a privilege that you can enjoy in this mountain range.

• And when you get tired of so much mountain, the beach of Mataró is very close. It is very quiet and ideal for spending the afternoon or the whole day among friends. It does not have bars or restaurants on the beach that break with the climate of nature that we have been creating from the house.
