La Masía

Beautiful rural house built on the grounds of a huge estate of more than 20,000 square meters located in La Roca del Vallés, in Barcelona. Surrounded by nature, the house is ideal for you to stay with your group of friends or family.

It is a house built in 1951 according to the traditional Catalan farmhouse model, but it was recently remodeled. The façade of the house and its large wooden gate fit perfectly with the rural environment that surrounds the house.  The accommodation capacity is for 10 people. It has 2 floors in which all its rooms are distributed:

• The kitchen, living room and dining room are located as soon as you enter. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. The oven, microwave and dishwasher are designed to offer you maximum comfort during your stay. The furniture is made of white wood and makes an elegant contrast with the geometric-shaped tiles and dark colors. The living room has a flat screen TV, satellite channel and DVD to enjoy a movie in good company. The sofas are arranged so that everyone can see the television. Between the kitchen and the living room, there is a dining table so you can enjoy mealtime as a family.

• The house has a total of 4 rooms that are spread over the 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a large bed and a quadruple bedroom with 4 single beds. The windows and doors throughout the house are made of wood. The light in the rooms is a warm light that offers a welcoming and more intimate atmosphere to the guests. On the upstairs, there are 2 other bedrooms, both double, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.

• The house has 3 bathrooms, 2 are on the ground floor and each one belongs to a room. El tercero está en la planta de arriba y es para compartir entre los 2 dormitorios. The bathrooms are differentiated by the colors of their tiles, red, blue and brown. The 2 bathrooms in the rooms have a bathtub and the one on the upper floor has a shower.

On the exterior of the house there are common areas to share with the other home. You can enjoy the pool and its loungers in the sun in good weather while having a family barbecue. Where the barbecue is located is an area with tables for outdoor dining and a play area.

The ping-pong table is perfect for a time of entertainment and fun. Of course, you can walk through the enormous estate full of oaks, pines, holm oaks and other native plants. If you are looking to delight in the singing of birds, the sound of the wind and the smells of nature while you contemplate the Montseny Mountains, this is your home.

At La Roca del Vallés we will provide you with the tranquility and harmony you need. In the municipality itself there is a castle, and that is why several routes cross the town. In addition, there are many activities that you can do around the house:

• Adventure sports will activate your body and provide you with adrenaline.

• Mountaineers can enjoy trails for both walking and cycling in the Sierra de Montsenynext to the house. Playing sports outdoors while breathing fresh air is a privilege that you can enjoy in this mountain range.

• And when you get tired of so much mountain, Mataró beach is very close. It is very quiet and ideal for spending the afternoon or the entire day with friends.  It does not have bars or restaurants on the beach that break with the natural climate that we have been creating from home.
