The rural house is located in the municipality of Sotoserrano, which belongs to the province of Salamanca.
It is a rustic house, completely renovated, that has been conditioned to offer all the comforts of any rural house nowadays.
Spaces have been enabled for the enjoyment of a maximum of 14 people, being able to enjoy the outdoor and indoor areas. It has 2 floors that integrates its facade, in wood and stone, and that are distributed in a very comfortable and functional way, facilitating rest and providing a stay of maximum quality.
On your first floor you will find:
It is a rustic house, completely renovated, that has been conditioned to offer all the comforts of any rural house nowadays.
Spaces have been enabled for the enjoyment of a maximum of 14 people, being able to enjoy the outdoor and indoor areas. It has 2 floors that integrates its facade, in wood and stone, and that are distributed in a very comfortable and functional way, facilitating rest and providing a stay of maximum quality.
On your first floor you will find:

A fully equipped kitchen in which both large and small appliances are present, in addition to furniture where kitchenware and tableware have been distributed < / strong> that is available to our guests.

A dining room that has, on the one hand, a relaxing atmosphere that has television towards which the brown leather sofas are oriented and, on the other hand, the part of the dining room, where a huge wooden table extends with chairs that give space to the 14 people for whom the house has been conditioned and who, as for decoration, is reinforced by a wooden furniture, at the bottom of the room, where to find the necessary utensils. In the center is the wood fireplace, working as a separation of both environments and taking care of providing the necessary heat to make this stay pleasant.

2 bathrooms complete in their entirety, having been decorated choosing to the smallest detail that combines rustic elements with modern ones. All of them have a bath or shower, depending on which one you choose and the towel sets that you may need.

3 double bedrooms ; 2 with double bed and the third with a pair of single beds, decorated with headboards, closets closets and bedside tables that hold the small ones ± light bulbs. They include sheets and blankets so that, while you are with us, you only take care to enjoy and rest.
On the upper floor the rooms are distributed as follows:

A great room that will be perfect for meetings of people who inhabit this plant. It has sofas and TV in addition to a small side table. It is a comfortable and very pleasant stay.

3 bathrooms that have been decorated in the same way as those on the first floor. They have 3, towel sets included and their equipment is complete: shower, bathroom with brick coating that combines with the blue tile that covers the walls and washbasins with mirrors that have great luminosity.

4 double bedrooms; some with double bed and others with single beds. All of them have been decorated with the details that go through their spacious spaces that are completed with wooden furniture, rather spacious closets and bedside tables.
In your outdoor areas you can stroll through the spacious areas of garden with fruit trees or enjoy a good barbecue < / outdoor in the open air together with your group of friends and that you can also enjoy in this outdoor setting in the picnic area.
We also have parking area in the main part of the house, being able to leave many cars there.
A very important area of ??accommodation is the pool. We have one that is shared with the other dwelling of our complex and is 10 minutitos walking. Perfect so that, when you arrive, you give yourself a good dip to cool off.
Come with your dogs, cats, etc. Well, here they are welcome.
