The house is located in Ciudad Rodrigo, Salamanca, and consists of 2 independent houses one from the other, which can be rented separately or together with a total capacity of 14 people.

The Big House with 6-8 beds is independent and has 3 double rooms; of which 2 have2 single beds and the other has a double bed. and a separate room from the living room with a double sofa bed. All come fully dressed and equipped. In addition, guests can have an extra bed and the sofa bed in the independent living room.

The decoration of the house is rustic and rural, but without leaving aside the elements that allow you to have a comfortable stay. The house has a large living room with a fireplace, an ideal place to sit in the light and warmth of the fire. The dining room is located in the living room, which has a rustic-style wooden table with capacity for 6-8 people.

The living room furniture is matching, including thearmchairs and sofa;. In this space the television is located and we have board games for guests. Right next to the living room is the kitchen; which has appliances such asrefrigerator, hob, microwave, ovenand other kitchenware and utensils necessary for a comfortable stay.

It has 2 full bathrooms, with towel set for each guest.

The other accommodation is an apartment for 2 people, expandable to 5 with the sofa bed and an extra bed. Which is distributed in a double room, an extra bed and a sofa bed. All beds come dressed and equipped with pillows.

The decoration maintains the style of the rural houses in the area, where wood is the most common element in all spaces. In the living room the pellet fireplace is ready to be used. Next door is the complete kitchen, with all the necessary appliances to be comfortable. The sofa bed is located in this same room.

It has a complete bathroom, with a set of towels for all guests.

Outside of both accommodations is the interior garden, furnished and with 2 barbecues. A private parking lot is also located. In addition, access to the house is paved and signposted.

The house is located in Ciudad Rodrigo, Salamanca, whose historic center is declared as a Historical-Artistic Site. There are works and monuments such as the Cathedral of Santa María or the Castle of Enrique II of Trastámara, built in the 14th century. The city center has many bars and restaurants, so in the evenings there is always something to do to have a good time.

You can visit the Batuecas Valley, a place full of lush vegetation where you can take long and entertaining walks in a natural environment. Within the valley is the Monastery of San José, which is immersed in a spectacular environment. There are various streams where we can cool off and observe the great local fauna and flora. The Águeda River is an ideal place for canoeing or boat rides.

The city of Ureña is very close, there is an ancient Roman city full of corners of history.

Portugal, 10 minutes away is the border from where you can visit beautiful towns within a short distance such as Almeida, Guarda,...etc
