Description of La Alameda I
Our rural house is located in the small municipality of Curiel de Duero, in Valladolid, and in it you can feel the tranquility of a town in a setting of incomparable nature enjoying the pure air.
The house, of new construction, has 3 floors and space to accommodate 14 people, although if you are a larger group there is no problem, since it is linked with another that can expand its places up to 18.

- On the downstairs floor, a large open room with wooden ceilings and cozy stone walls houses the living area, with fireplace wood, television and a very comfortable sofa to watch or sit down to chat, the area del dining room with a large wooden table with space for 10 people and the space of the kitchen, with a differentiated environment of new appliances and a place to cook.
- In addition, this floor has a large terrace viewpoint with views from which to contemplate the Valle del Cuco and the Castle while sharing a coffee.
- On the upper floor there are the 5 rooms, all double double and with private bathroom with shower. Each one has a special charm, with selected rustic furniture and delicate decoration. 4 of them also have their own balcony from which to feel the morning sun.
- The loft is reserved for the youngest guests and is full of toys that they will love.
- The whole house has underfloor heating.

At the top of the town of Curiel de Duero highlights the Castle today converted into Posada Real. In its streets there is also another castle, the Palacio de los Zúñiga and several outstanding buildings such as the Iglesia de Santa María or the Iglesia de San Martín.
From the municipality begins a very interesting route that reaches the place known as the Altas Pinzas de Castilla, crossing landscapes of the typical moorland of the area and giving the opportunity to contemplate the banks of the Duero from above. In addition, in one of its cuts, there is a settlement of passageways from the Bronze Age.
Among its closest natural surroundings, it is highly recommended to also discover the Parque Natural de las Hoces del Río Duratón, with steep landscapes of canyons and meanders carved by the river in the limestone rock in which to observe, in addition, the largest colony of Griffon vultures established in Europe.
