Very close to the church of the town of Cogeces del Monte, in Valladolid, there is an 18th century house that combines history and comfort for the enjoyment of the senses.
Completely renovated respecting the materials and traditional aesthetics, stone and wood, it has the capacity to accommodate 6 people at most, who can enjoy all the rural charm that exudes throughout 3 floors structured as follows:

- Living-dining room at 2 levels with television and fireplace decorated with rustic elements and several sofas where having a coffee tastes better. In the upper area there is a dining table with space for everyone.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware.
- The bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house. It is about 2 rooms with a bed of double and one with 2 beds, all with exterior windows and walls of stone, wooden furniture and a warm atmosphere in which to rest.
- The attic, which is a diaphanous room, has a small office to work a little while if you need it and also a space with special table to play one of our games.
- The house has 2 full bathrooms.
