Casa Rural los Aperos

This 2-level rural house is located in Santibáñez de Valcorba, a town in Valladolid. The main activities of the town are livestock and agriculture. That is why our house is the typical farm house, decorated with all the necessary field tools although restored.

The house is perfect for several couples with children to come. It has a capacity of 6 people. However, the number can be expanded with extra beds if necessary.

 On the lower floor of the house we find the following rooms:

• Large living room with fireplace. Here you could put an extra bed. The living room is decorated with sofas placed in front of the fireplace, and a coffee table. It also has a plasma television.
• Kitchen with ceramic hobs and fully equipped. Additionally, you will find a small round table with chairs, and right next to it, a cupboard. The table is placed next to the radiator.
• Main room with double bed. On one of the walls there is a mirror.
• Double room with 2 separate single beds.
• 2 bathrooms, one of them with a hydromassage shower and the other with a beautiful period bathtub.

The second floor is a 90m2 attic loft with exposed wooden beams. In it we have a double bed, an armchair that also serves as another double bed, a crib and a reading area with an antique desk furniture. There is also the possibility of including 2 extra beds in this room.

In the outdoor area we have a patio of 350 m2. It contains the parking lot, where up to 2 vehicles can fit, a garden area with grass and slides for children and a barbecue.

In addition, the rural house has another area that we have called “the picnic area” and that is accessed from the patio. Here we find a traditional wood-burning kitchen, a large table for up to 24 people, a separate bathroom and a games area where you can enjoy, among other things, table football, poker, dart board, billiards and board games such as chess.

Santibánez de Valcorba is a town in total connection with nature, since it is in the heart of the valley of the stream of the same name.

Of course, due to the location of the rural accommodation, the main interest is wine tourism, being able to enjoy the wonderful Ribera del Duero denomination wines, and also gastronomy where the churro suckling pig cooked in a traditional way stands out.

Less than 29 kilometers away is Valladolid, a city that houses an enormous cultural, artistic and historical heritage, adorned by churches, statues and rivers.
