El Zaburdón - El Trampal

It is a house with capacity for up to 4 people. On the upper floor you have:

• 2 bedrooms: one of them with a 1.50 m bed and a balcony with views of the meadow and forests and the second with 2 single beds of 90 cm, also with a balcony that overlooks the roofs of the town and the Sierra de Solana.

On the lower floor there are:
 

• The bathroom that has natural light.

• A unique kitchen-dining-living room space of approximately 20 square meters with fireplace and glass door to access the garden patio of approximately 15 square meters. This consists of garden furniture to be able to enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind.

• In the living room there is a small sofa, a sideboard with a small 24¨ TV.

• In the dining area a large table with two chairs and two wicker armchairs that can also be incorporated into the living room area.

• The kitchen area has an under-counter refrigerator, a ceramic hob with two burners and a sink and a microwave oven.
   
• A small library is at your disposal.

The house is at the end of the town of Gil García, in the upper part, bordering the roads that lead to the mountains. It is part of the Aravalle region and all the towns in the valley are interconnected by paths that cross meadows and oak and chestnut forests that make up a characteristic landscape that changes depending on the season of the year but is always beautiful and relaxing.

Near Gil García is the port of Tornavacas from where you can see on the other side the magnificent Jerte Valley, where the numerous towns are surrounded by cherry trees and greenery and with waterfalls and natural pools ideal for the summer. In addition to the cherry blossoms, which are spectacular, you can take numerous routes, one of the most beautiful is the route of the pylons in the Garganta de los Infiernos.

12 km away is the Barco de Ávila, a place famous for its beans and for its medieval past as seen in the Valdelcorneja Castle. This town now has all the services: shops, supermarkets, restaurants,...etc

Candelario is another interesting town in the province of Salamanca, famous for its traditional architecture, its cobblestone streets and its important historical complex.
