El Olmo

This rural house that we show here is located in the beautiful town of Nerpio, which belongs to the Manchego municipality of Albacete, with a population that maintains the tranquility of reduced populations, but adding the life and movement of its people in streets and squares.

The house is located within the c Los Enebros complex, although due to the dense vegetation that surrounds it, and the distance it maintains from the rest of the houses, it will seem that we are isolated in the middle of the field, but with all the comforts that offers.

With a lime and stone facade that decorates details such as the bottom of its walls, doors and windows, also leaving the interior visible, to which is added the wood of ceilings and furniture.

With a maximum capacity of for 2 people, inside we find the following rooms:

• A spacious room in which mixes, in a very intelligent way and without taking up space from each other, the living room, with a comfortable sofa in front of a television that is next to a table with 2 chairs, acting as a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen and decorated in wood.

• A bedroom, with the front wall covered in wood on which the double bed rests, surrounded by furniture that adds beauty and ergonomics to the room.

• A complete bathroom, which includes a shower, having as an extra the set of towels.

Outside and as a common area we can enjoy a area with swings, for the little ones, and a large restaurant where we can get all the most typical and exquisite meals in the area, having the possibility of eating both in the interior as in the terrace, from which you can see the beauty of the views.

This rural house is located in the Manchego municipality of Albacete, more specifically in the vicinity of the town of Nerpio, with a population of around 1,300 inhabitants and a typical beauty of the south, ideal for long walks while enjoying its corners, such as calle del arco or Parroquia de la Purísima.

Surrounding the town, we have an ideal environment for nature lovers, being able to visit and carry out activities in places such as the Sierra de las Cabras or the Sierra del Segura, named after the river that bathes its lands and from where we will have spectacular views, or areas like the Taibilla river reservoir, where we can cool off in the hottest moments of summer.

Within this environment, you will find precious buildings such as the Vizcable Watchtower or the Taibilla Castle, both of great antiquity and architectural importance. But if we want to take a trip even further back in time, we should not miss visiting Solana de las Covachas, some spectacular caves that contain prehistoric rock art in a Levantine style.
