Description of El Olmo
This rural home that we show here is located in the beautiful town of Nerpio, which belongs to the La Mancha municipality of Albacete, with a population that maintains the tranquility of small towns, but adding the life and movement of its people in streets and squares.
The house is located within the Los Enebros complex, although due to the dense vegetation that surrounds it, and the distance it maintains from the rest of the homes, it will seem that we are isolated in the middle of the countryside, but with all the comforts it offers us.
With a façade in lime and stone that decorates details such as the bottom of its walls, doors and windows, also leaving the interior visible, to which is added the wood of the ceilings and furniture.
With a maximum capacity for 2 people, inside we find the following rooms:
Outside and as a common area we can enjoy an area with swings for the little ones, and a large restaurant where we can get all the most typical and exquisite meals in the area, having the possibility of eating both inside and on the terrace, from which you can see the beauty of the views.

- A bedroom, with the front wall covered in wood on which the double bed rests, surrounded by furniture that only adds beauty and ergonomics to the room.
- A complete bathroom, which includes a shower, with the towel set as an extra.

This rural house is located in theLa Mancha municipality of Albacete, more specifically in the vicinity of the town of Nerpio, with a population of around 1,300 inhabitants and a typical beauty of the south, ideal for taking long walks while we enjoy its corners, such as the Arco Street or the La Purísima Parish.
