Casas Rurales del Abuelo II

This rural house is located in the town of Ferez, in the La Mancha community of Albacete. With a small population and a spectacular environment full of possibilities, we find an experience outside the complex that completes its characteristics for the better.

The façade is painted in pristine white with details in sky blue, which in daylight gives it an almost paradisiacal appearance. Inside, the house mixes rustic details, such as wooden beams, with more modern ones, such as decorative details and furniture.

With a capacity designed for 6 people, the interior of the house is divided into the following rooms:

• A living room, painted in blue and decorated with modern motifs, in which there are some very comfortable sofas with a table and chairs next to a fireplace which, apart from its main function of heating, gives it a rustic and even romantic touch.

• A fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to maintain our comfort in all levels of the room, leaving an open space with the living room thanks to theAmerican bar.

• 3 bedrooms, in which the bright colors of bedspreads and curtains stand out, 2 of them with double beds and the remaining one with 2 single beds.  Each of the rooms has a built-in bathroom, all of them complete and one having a hydromassage column, which adds to the air conditioning as exquisite extras.

In the common areas, allowing us to spend the days without the need for monitoring, we can make use of the incredible heated pool with jacuzzi, accompanied by another for the little ones, who can also ride our docile ponies while the parents prepare the food on one of our 4 barbecues. If we want to have healthy competitions we have tables pingpong, billiards and table football, as well as amultipurpose sports court. This rural house is located in the province of Albacete, more specifically in the town of Ferez, with an estimated population of 700 inhabitants, which will allow us to maintain the tranquility of the complex when we want to visit the beautiful town.

For nature lovers, around us we have numerous natural environments in which we can play sports or simply sit and contemplate, among them the Sierra del Río Segura, as well as the Cenajo or the jets of the Mundo River, perfect for admiring its beauty and even cooling off.

For those looking for something more cultural, you can visit places like the ruins of the Yeste castle or the beautiful town of Letur, and even travel back in time to our roots and observe the large collection of cave paintings found in the Nerpio Caves.
